Terms / Booking Information

This website presents Tenerife Golf & Ocean Apartment and allows visitors to send an availability or reservation request. A request is not an automatic booking confirmation. Dates, final price and stay details are confirmed individually before the stay is accepted.

Capacity and guests

The standard capacity is 4 guests. The maximum capacity is 5 guests if an extra bed is confirmed on request. Children are welcome and a baby cot may be available on request. Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking.

Minimum stay, check-in and check-out

The minimum stay is 5 nights. Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Self check-in is available. Late check-in may be possible on request.

Availability and prices

The calendar is indicative. Prices are shown only for future free dates where an indicative nightly price is available. Final availability, price and practical details are confirmed individually.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required after the stay is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions are confirmed individually before the booking is accepted.

House rules

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Parties and events are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for quiet holidays, golf trips, remote work and longer stays on request.
